About our Pizza
All our bases are 13 inch and the dough is proved for 48 hours.
It is made in a traditional Roman style which produces a thin, crisp base that is very easy to digest.
Our toppings are made with the best quality ingredients we can source.
On our menu you will find familiar classics like the Margherita and Capricciosa but look a little further and there is another world of carefully curated pizzas to explore like our signature Sor Pasquino with artichoke cream, potato, pecorino romano and pork & fennel sausage.
